ETADPA meets twice yearly, in mid-July and the first weekend of December. To attend as a guest doctor, the fee is $400 per meeting (Members may invite a guest doctor who has been graduated for five years or less to attend one meeting without charge**). After two consecutive paid meetings attended, the guest doctor may fill out a form to apply for membership, which will be voted on at the next meeting.

After joining, the yearly dues are $400, and it covers the doctor as well as any staff they choose to bring with them. This offers 9 hours of high quality CE for those attending, 6 on Friday and 3 on Saturday. We strive to offer exciting and engaging speakers, alternating the focus of the meeting between clinical content and practice administration content. If you wish to read the rules of membership in greater detail, sections 8-11 of the by-laws detail this information.
